{"id":8074,"date":"2023-07-28T15:28:42","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T12:28:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistafamilia.ro\/?p=8074"},"modified":"2023-07-28T15:28:47","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T12:28:47","slug":"din-cv-ul-personajelor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistafamilia.ro\/?p=8074","title":{"rendered":"Din CV-ul personajelor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Fiind profesoar\u0103, m\u0103 intereseaz\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna aspectele educa\u021bionale \u00een orice discu\u021bie, fie ca o component\u0103 individual\u0103 a cuiva, fie ca&nbsp; strategie profesional\u0103 care opereaz\u0103 \u00een mod curent la un nivel institu\u021bional, interes care, \u00een zilele noastre, a ajuns s\u0103 fie decisiv \u00een orice CV, figur\u00e2nd imediat dup\u0103 introducerea datelor primare de identificare \u0219i a experien\u021bei profesionale dovedite de solicitant; astfel, CV-ul a ajuns s\u0103 reprezinte primul pas \u00een delimitarea mediului de formare al unei persoane, adic\u0103 a cadrului ce cuprinde \u201eansamblul activit\u0103\u021bilor organizate \u0219i&nbsp; validate social, legate de transmiterea \u0219i dob\u00e2ndirea unor cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i competen\u021be la \u0219coal\u0103, acas\u0103, la locul de munc\u0103\u201d (Moeglin, 2003: 13).&nbsp; Cultura aplicantului de azi include o anume capacitate a acestuia de a selecta acele elemente care \u00eei faciliteaz\u0103 admiterea spre condi\u021bia dorit\u0103 (studii, angajare pe un post), \u00eentre acestea situ\u00e2ndu-se cu mult aplomb institu\u021bia care \u00eei atest\u0103 preg\u0103tirea anterioar\u0103 din domeniul ales, pentru c\u0103 aceasta reprezint\u0103 o categorie privit\u0103 ca un forum unde \u201eputerea public\u0103 de\u021bine un rol hot\u0103r\u00e2tor\u201d, un forum aflat \u201ela intersec\u021bia dintre stat \u0219i societatea civil\u0103\u201d \u0219i desemnat s\u0103 structureze viziunea corect\u0103 despre \u201emeseriile creative \u0219i educative\u201d, \u00een func\u021bie de \u201etipul de abordare socio-economic\u0103 care le este aplicat\u201d (Delamotte, 2003: 94-5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, este important (\u0219i interesant)&nbsp; s\u0103 descoperim op\u021biunile autorilor pentru stadiile de educare \u0219i formare ale personajelor lor din perspectiva institu\u021biilor propuse pentru realizarea acestui obiectiv, structural angajate, printr-o inginerie educativ\u0103 corespunz\u0103toare, \u00een aplicarea eficient\u0103 a resurselor de care dispune o societate, determinat\u0103 istoric \u0219i geografic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impactul institu\u021bional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aten\u021bi la modul \u00een care evolueaz\u0103 \u2013 narativ, fire\u0219te \u2013 personalitatea individual\u0103, autorii, folosind solu\u021bii culturale \u201egata elaborate, pretestate, pentru multe din problemele de via\u021b\u0103\u201d (Allport, 1981: 174),&nbsp; \u00ee\u0219i invit\u0103 cititorii s\u0103 descopere aceast\u0103 structur\u0103 intim\u0103 a personajelor prin felul \u00een care le fac s\u0103 interac\u021bioneze cu institu\u021biile de educare \u0219i instruc\u021bie, oper\u00e2nd \u00eentr-un sistem extern, colectiv, fiind relativ coercitive prin tradi\u021bie \u0219i statut, asemenea \u0218colii de B\u0103ie\u021bi Johns Behemoth, fondat\u0103 \u00een 1880, \u201eun simbol al \u0218tiin\u021bei, [mai ales prin] Cl\u0103direa \u0218tiin\u021belor Exacte. Cl\u0103direa \u0218tiin\u021belor Umaniste era aceea mare, cu o \u00eenf\u0103\u021bi\u0219are posac\u0103 \u0219i ruginit\u0103, cu ferestrele ca ni\u0219te nenum\u0103ra\u021bi ochi acoperi\u021bi cu pleoape grele de vi\u021b\u0103 de vie gola\u0219\u0103\u201d (Oates, 1997: 62), cu o strict\u0103 etichet\u0103 de interac\u021biune, subliniat\u0103 de Nada, mama&nbsp; protagonistului&nbsp; Dick, anume, \u201eatunci c\u00e2nd vom intra la decan, adu-\u021bi, te rog, aminte s\u0103 stai drept (&#8230;). Arat\u0103-te rezervat \u0219i pu\u021bin dus pe g\u00e2nduri. Arat\u0103-te \u0219i tu inteligent\u201d (62).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 din perspectiv\u0103 sociologic\u0103&nbsp; \u0219coala \u201epoate fi considerat\u0103 o \u00eentreprindere (\u2026), un suport pentru activitate continu\u0103, cu scop ra\u021bional\u201d (Deceuninck, 2003: 67), aceast\u0103 institu\u021bie impune \u0219i o anume arhitectur\u0103 ambiental\u0103 proprie, \u00een conformitate cu profilul activit\u0103\u021bii pentru care a fost menit\u0103, asemenea exemplului oferit de Universitatea din Linkoping, unde profesorul de istorie Johannes Soderkvist dispune de un birou al s\u0103u de \u201ecam dou\u0103zeci de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi\u201d, o \u00eenc\u0103pere unde \u201eetajerele dispuse de jur&nbsp; \u00eemprejurul ei sunt pline de c\u0103r\u021bi\u201d (Kallentoft, 2011: 102).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autorii consider\u0103 c\u0103 este util (\u0219i incitant, de ce nu?) s\u0103 se poat\u0103 urm\u0103ri traseul educa\u021bional al personajelor lor ca parte component\u0103 a personalit\u0103\u021bii acestora, dezv\u0103luit\u0103 textual \u00een dependen\u021ba sa de un mediu \u00eenconjur\u0103tor motivant, pentru c\u0103, a\u0219a cum este unanim acceptat, motiva\u021bia \u201ereprezint\u0103 motorul personalit\u0103\u021bii\u201d (Allport, 1981: 223), iar aceast\u0103 motiva\u021bie poate fi serios influen\u021bat\u0103 de factori din realitatea imediat\u0103, regional\u0103 sau local\u0103, a\u0219a cum se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu Maria Cristea, considerabil inspirat\u0103 de edificiul liceului s\u0103u, o \u201ecl\u0103dire (&#8230;)&nbsp; \u00een fundul unei alei de onoare, m\u0103rginit\u0103 de castani centenari,&nbsp; [o cl\u0103dire care]&nbsp; se ridic\u0103, impozant\u0103, simetric\u0103, un fel de cazarm\u0103 luxoas\u0103 de pe vremea Mariei Theresa; ferestrele privesc aspru, ornate discret cu un r\u00e2nd de ceramic\u0103 ro\u0219u \u00eenchis, iar cele dou\u0103 aripi ale edificiului, de o parte \u0219i de alta a intr\u0103rii, se \u00eentind la nesf\u00e2r\u0219it. Aleea pietruit\u0103 duce la \u201aintrarea profesorilor\u2019 (Zamfir, 2004: 258), o cl\u0103dire&nbsp; care arat\u0103&nbsp; \u201eca \u0219i cum nimeni n-ar mai fi r\u0103mas acolo\u201d(256). Se valideaz\u0103 conving\u0103tor statutul de actant eficient al acestui a\u0219ez\u0103m\u00e2nt,&nbsp; simboliz\u00e2ndu-\u0219i contribu\u021bia constant\u0103 \u0219i impecabil\u0103&nbsp; la formarea \u0219i instruirea beneficiarilor s\u0103i \u00een procesul intricat de dob\u00e2ndire a unei g\u00e2ndiri logice, care&nbsp; implic\u0103 \u201eo apropiere activ\u0103 a lumii exterioare\u201d (Vaihinger, 2001: 47), prin transformarea \u0219i elaborarea \u201ematerialului perceptual \u00een idei, asocia\u021bii de idei, constructe conceptuale\u201d (48).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arte \u0219i practici educative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aventura cunoa\u0219terii \u00eencepe prin stabilirea unui itinerar educa\u021bional, hot\u0103r\u00e2t de fiecare scriitor \u00een conformitate cu profilul proiectat pentru dezvoltarea personalit\u0103\u021bii protagoni\u0219tilor s\u0103i, \u00eencerca\u021bi de efectele \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii umane, bine cunoscut de noi to\u021bi pentru schimb\u0103rile pe care le aduce \u201e\u00een natura \u0219i comportamentul fiin\u021belor umane\u201d (Thorndike, 1988: 23), uneori&nbsp; resim\u021bite la nivel genera\u021bional sau familial, a\u0219a cum le percepe Lyman Ward, pentru care influentul personaj Thomas Hudson este cel care \u00eei ofer\u0103 un istoric educa\u021bional exemplar, modelul care a stat la baza instruirii sale \u0219i a tat\u0103lui s\u0103u, trimis la vremea lui \u201edin Boise (&#8230;), speriat, pe c\u00e2nd avea doar doisprezece ani,&nbsp; la \u0218coala Sf. Paul ca s\u0103 devin\u0103 un gentleman cum numai \u00een est puteai vedea. C\u00e2nd mi-a venit \u0219i mie [Lyman] r\u00e2ndul, tot la \u0219coala aia m-a trimis [mama], cu acordul tacit al tatei\u201d (Stegner, 2021: 422)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alegerea institu\u021biilor specializate se face din perspectiva emancip\u0103rii personajelor aplicante, pentru c\u0103 formarea acestora trebuie s\u0103 acopere o plaj\u0103 mare de func\u021bii de socializare \u0219i instruire, inerente oric\u0103rui individ, printre care \u201etransmiterea \u0219i dob\u00e2ndirea&nbsp; de cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i practici care s\u0103 \u00eei permit\u0103 s\u0103 ocupe un loc bine determinat\u201d \u00een sistemul social, respectiv, \u201edob\u00e2ndirea de c\u0103tre acesta a adev\u0103rurilor, regulilor, normelor, valorilor care \u00eei \u00eencadreaz\u0103 via\u021ba\u201d (Lacroix, 2003:182); este o promisiune pe care personajul Juan Motley vrea s-o testeze atunci c\u00e2nd \u201ese ar\u0103t\u0103 dispus s\u0103 studieze Organizarea Comercial\u0103, Conducerea Industrial\u0103, Contabilitatea Aplicat\u0103, Finan\u021bele Societ\u0103\u021bilor Anonime, precum \u0219i oricare alte arte \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021be n\u0103scocite de c\u0103tre neobosita Lume Nou\u0103\u201d (Linklater, 1969: 100) &#8211; o program\u0103 solid\u0103, completat\u0103 \u0219i de un curs de Etic\u0103 Comercial\u0103, care te poate \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u201ecum s\u0103 dob\u00e2nde\u0219ti o avere \u00een r\u0103stimp de trei ani, c\u0103ci numai aceasta putea fi etica fundamental\u0103 a tuturor afacerilor la universitatea fondat\u0103 de str\u0103mo\u0219ii s\u0103i\u201d (101).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru unele personaje, autorii lor impun anumite praguri de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i cunoa\u0219tere a mai multor lucruri, simple sau dificile, pl\u0103cute sau neprietenoase, ca s\u0103 le faciliteze o comunicare complex\u0103 cu cititorii, etal\u00e2ndu-\u0219i ideile \u0219i direc\u021bia spre care acestea \u00eei pot duce \u00een momentul&nbsp; de bilan\u021b al unui proces educativ, c\u00e2nd se pot evalua eforturi \u0219i reu\u0219ite din ambele p\u0103r\u021bi, dup\u0103 exemplul ambi\u021bioasei Rebecca Schwart, c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103toare a unui concurs de ortografie: \u201eRebecca \u00eei duse <em>Dic\u0163ionarul Webster<\/em>&nbsp; tat\u0103lui ei (&#8230;). Pa lu\u0103 c\u0103r\u021boiul \u015fi-l puse pe mas\u0103&nbsp; (&#8230;). O carte at\u00e2t de grea \u015fi, evident, at\u00e2t de scump\u0103! (&#8230;) &nbsp;Litere poleite pe cotor \u015fi pe copert\u0103 (&#8230;). \u00cen sf\u00e2r\u0219it, cineva din familia asta a ob\u021binut ceva,&nbsp; mie mi se pare al naibii de <em>frumos<\/em>\u201d (Oates, 2008: 135-6).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oferindu-i-se profilul personajului prin prisma educa\u021biei ob\u021binute sau avute \u00een perspectiv\u0103, cititorul descoper\u0103 o cale proprie de \u00een\u021belegere a personalit\u0103\u021bii acestuia, a individualit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i naturii sale ca efecte ale unui proces complet de formare institu\u021bionalizat\u0103 a sa, validat de propria sa existen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i evolu\u021bie \u00een economia nara\u021biunii.
