Este, dup\u0103 \u0219tiin\u021ba mea, pentru prima dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd fenomenul este tratat \u00een aceast\u0103 manier\u0103, metodic\u0103, \u00eentr-o publica\u021bie rom\u00e2neasc\u0103. Sau, cel pu\u021bin este pentru prima dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd eu am fost solicitat s\u0103 \u00eemi exprim p\u0103rerea \u00een contextul unui astfel de demers publicistic na\u021bional, devenind astfel con\u0219tient de existen\u021ba sa. Cultura Anul\u0103rii \u0219i Corectitudinea Politic\u0103 au ajuns deja, \u0219i impactul lor direct \u0219i indirect va cre\u0219te \u00een viitor cu o intensitate tot mai mare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 neg\u0103m faptul c\u0103 exist\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103torii de bun\u0103 credin\u021b\u0103 ai fenomenului Culturii Anul\u0103rii \u0219i c\u0103 mul\u021bi dintre cei ce se raliaz\u0103 doar din ignoran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i oportunism nu sunt cu nimic deosebi\u021bi de portretul robot al oportunistului tipic din toate regimurile, acest fenomen \u0219i impactul s\u0103u sunt esen\u021bialmente, intrinsec \u0219i programatic unele profund negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(c) Natura acestui impact asupra culturilor \u0219i tradi\u021biilor na\u021bionale europene este at\u00e2t de destructiv, c\u0103 \u2013 pe fondul actualei anemii institu\u021bionale \u0219i confuzii identitar-culturale rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti \u2013 va pune sub semnul \u00eentreb\u0103rii \u00eens\u0103\u0219i continuitatea \u0219i existen\u021ba culturii rom\u00e2ne moderne \u0219i a tradi\u021biei intelectuale de limb\u0103 rom\u00e2n\u0103, sub toate formele \u00een care aceasta s-a manifestat \u00een ultimii 200 de ani. Poate c\u0103 \u00een alte contexte na\u021bionale ale altor state, rezultatul o s\u0103 fie diferit. \u00cen culturile mici \u00eens\u0103, aflate \u00eentr-o stare de perpetu\u0103 modernizare \u00eent\u00e2rziat\u0103 \u0219i plasate \u00eentr-un context geopolitic instabil, impactul destructurant \u0219i confuzant adus de aceast\u0103 mi\u0219care are un poten\u021bial letal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin urmare, consider c\u0103 este contraproductiv s\u0103 intr\u0103m \u00een fund\u0103turile unor dezbateri inutile \u00een jurul validit\u0103\u021bii temelor\/axiomelor de mai sus. Locul de unde \u00eencepem noi discu\u021bia trebuie eliberat de naivit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i iluzii \u0219i \u2013 prin asta \u2013 de posibilitatea (auto)am\u0103girii \u0219i (auto)manipul\u0103rii. \u00centrebarea este:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privind pragmatic lucrurile, ce facem \u00een aceste condi\u021bii? Cum r\u0103spundem \u00een calitatea noastr\u0103 de purt\u0103tori ai unei tradi\u021bii culturale na\u021bionale, de reprezentan\u021bi ai dimensiunii intelectuale\/artistice\/literare\/\u0219tiin\u021bifice a unei na\u021biuni moderne, europene, c\u00e2nd suntem confrunta\u021bi cu un asemenea mutant ideologic? Cum ne pozi\u021bion\u0103m fa\u021b\u0103 de o for\u021b\u0103 ideologic\u0103, politic\u0103, economic\u0103, tehnologic\u0103 \u0219i institu\u021bional\u0103 care amenin\u021b\u0103 \u00eens\u0103\u021bi funda\u021biile marii civiliza\u021bii occidentale de la care ne-am inspirat \u0219i la care ne-am racordat \u2013 ca rom\u00e2ni, repet: ca rom\u00e2ni \u2013 \u00een ultimele dou\u0103 secole? Cum r\u0103spundem a\u0219adar \u00een mod concret acestei provoc\u0103ri existen\u021biale f\u0103r\u0103 precedent?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trei sunt, cred eu, direc\u021biile de ac\u021biune imediat\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp; \u00cen acest moment, o bun\u0103 parte a autorilor rom\u00e2ni func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een abulia vechiului regim \u2013 ca \u0219i cum s-ar afla \u00een regim de libertate a expresiei. Este fals \u0219i din ce \u00een ce mai periculos. <em>Este necesar \u00eenainte de orice un program de (auto)con\u0219tientizare privind natura \u0219i stringen\u021bele noului regim.<\/em> (Aten\u021bie: e vorba de un nou tip de ordine tehno-social\u0103 ce \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 se impun\u0103 la nivel global \u2013 at\u00e2t dinspre vest, c\u00e2t \u0219i dinspre est. Cultura Anul\u0103rii e doar o form\u0103 pe care acest nou sistem o \u00eembrac\u0103, \u00een condi\u021biile ideologice specifice lumii occidentale \u0219i \u00een spe\u021b\u0103 americane.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este nevoie a\u0219adar de un demers de con\u0219tientizare \u0219i de echipare a oamenilor de cultur\u0103, intelectualilor \u0219i publici\u0219tilor \u0219i jurnali\u0219tilor rom\u00e2ni cu instrumentele necesare func\u021bion\u0103rii \u00een interiorul unui sistem bazat pe monitorizare poten\u021bat\u0103 tehnologic, extremism ideologic, cenzur\u0103 \u0219i restr\u00e2ngerea masiv\u0103 a libert\u0103\u021bii de expresie. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altfel spus, faptul c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 func\u021bion\u0103m \u00een logica \u201epersecu\u021biei \u0219i artei scrisului\u201d, a\u0219a cum a explicat marele filozof Leo Strauss \u00een cunoscutul s\u0103u studiu, devine o realitate opera\u021bional\u0103. Trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m s\u0103 ne comport\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 func\u021bion\u0103m ca atare, cu un scop \u00eenainte de orice, de natur\u0103 pur defensiv\u0103, de autoconservare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Indivizii nu vor putea fi proteja\u021bi ca g\u00e2nditori creatori, autori, publici\u0219ti, scriitori, arti\u0219ti etc. liberi odat\u0103 ce vor fi for\u021ba\u021bi s\u0103 supravie\u021buiasc\u0103 \u00een team\u0103, suspiciune \u0219i izolare. Comunit\u0103\u021bile epistemice \u0219i de voca\u021bie trebuie \u00eent\u0103rite.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>2<em>. \u00cent\u0103rirea comunit\u0103\u021bilor intelectuale, culturale \u0219i publicistice rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti \u0219i \u00een special \u00eent\u0103rirea infrastructurii care sus\u021bine aceste comunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i formele lor de activitate.<\/em> Cultura Anul\u0103rii vine adus\u0103 de o formidabil\u0103 resurs\u0103 financiar\u0103, mediatica, institu\u021bionala \u0219i tehnologic\u0103. Pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 unor asemenea convergen\u021be de for\u021be este necesar\u0103 existen\u021ba unor comunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i a unor infrastructuri reziliente. Indivizii nu vor putea fi proteja\u021bi ca g\u00e2nditori creatori, autori, publici\u0219ti, scriitori, arti\u0219ti etc. liberi odat\u0103 ce vor fi for\u021ba\u021bi s\u0103 supravie\u021buiasc\u0103 \u00een team\u0103, suspiciune \u0219i izolare. Comunit\u0103\u021bile epistemice \u0219i de voca\u021bie trebuie \u00eent\u0103rite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desigur, nu vom putea \u00eenvinge noi \u2013 prin noi \u00een\u0219ine \u2013 acest Behemoth. Dar putem c\u00e2\u0219tiga timp, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd conjunctura interna\u021bional\u0103 \u00eei va deveni defavorabil\u0103 \u0219i asta ne va da un spa\u021biu de mi\u0219care. Sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd acest Behemoth va colapsa, sub propria sa greutate, \u00een \u021bara sa de origine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <em>Articularea \u0219i institu\u021bionalizarea unui program na\u021bional de ap\u0103rare a culturii na\u021bionale rom\u00e2ne \u0219i a limbii rom\u00e2ne. <\/em>Cultura Anul\u0103rii \u0219i Corectitudinii Politice vizeaz\u0103 \u00een ultim\u0103 instan\u021b\u0103, \u00een mod programatic, transformarea \u0219i anularea oric\u0103rei tradi\u021bii intelectuale, culturale sau religioase aflate \u00een contradic\u021bie cu dogmele \u0219i mandatele ei imperative de factur\u0103 ideologic\u0103 sau cu obiectivele politice \u0219i economice ale grupurilor de interese \u0219i actorilor corpora\u021bi \u0219i institu\u021bionali asocia\u021bi ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avem multe sc\u0103deri \u0219i vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een calitatea noastr\u0103 de cultur\u0103 minor\u0103, mereu complexa\u021bi \u0219i alerg\u00e2nd mereu s\u0103 prindem istoria din urm\u0103. Pe de alt\u0103 parte \u00eens\u0103, capacitatea de a func\u021biona nu doar \u00een limba englez\u0103 (limba \u0219i cultura care vor fi cel mai grav afectate de virulen\u021ba acestei mi\u0219c\u0103ri), capacitatea de a nu fi pasibili de a fi \u00eengr\u0103di\u021bi \u00eentr-un singur spa\u021biu lingvistic \u0219i cultural de monitorizare \u0219i control, ofer\u0103 o \u0219ans\u0103 \u0219i un avantaj culturilor \u0219i popoarelor precum cel rom\u00e2n. Avem \u0219ansa \u0219i privilegiul de-a avea la dispozi\u021bie un spa\u021biu de libertate \u0219i de refugiu intelectual \u0219i cultural: o limb\u0103 \u0219i o cultur\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103. Trebuie s\u0103 fim preg\u0103ti\u021bi s\u0103 le ap\u0103r\u0103m nu doar individual, nu doar la nivel de comunitate intelectual\u0103, artistic\u0103 \u0219i literar\u0103, dar \u0219i la nivel na\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest sens, ca s\u0103 dau un exemplu, ap\u0103rarea istoriei na\u021bionale \u00een fa\u021ba indiferen\u021bei, ignoran\u021bei \u0219i a demersurilor tot mai agresive de rescriere \u0219i de distorsionare a ei, este \u2013 cred eu \u2013 o prioritate na\u021bionala de prim ordin. Nu e vorba aici de logica p\u0103\u0219unist\u0103 sau na\u021bionalist-poporanist\u0103. Este vorba de logica celui mai contemporan pragmatism, un pragmatism strategic de secol 21, orientat explicit \u0219i categoric cu fa\u021ba spre viitor \u0219i c\u0103tre ap\u0103rarea libert\u0103\u021bilor individuale inalienabile \u0219i a drepturilor naturale \u0219i universale ale omului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0103 m\u0103 opresc aici.
