Volumul de poeme al lui Alex Moldovan, <em>Stabilizatori de stare<\/em> (OMG, 2025) descrie sentimentele de neputin\u021b\u0103, angoas\u0103 \u0219i deziluzie ale unui tat\u0103 ce epuizeaz\u0103 resursele de calm, r\u0103bdare \u0219i creativitate pus \u00een situa\u021bia s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor \u00een\u021belegerii rela\u021bion\u0103rii cu fiul diagnosticat cu ADHD \u0219i avalan\u0219ei de prescrip\u021bii sociale ce dicteaz\u0103, cu non\u0219alan\u021b\u0103, modul de gestionare a unei astfel de rela\u021bii. Este, probabil, unul dintre pu\u021binele volume de poezie \u2013 dac\u0103 nu singurul \u2013 care desface rela\u021bia p\u0103rinte-copil cu ADHD, \u00een literatura rom\u00e2n\u0103, al\u0103turi de alte c\u0103r\u021bi pe teme conexe, cum sunt, de pild\u0103, c\u0103r\u021bile Anei Dragu, <em>M\u00e2ini cumin\u021bi. Tot ce e gre\u0219it \u0219i tot ce e frumos pe lume<\/em> (2024) sau <em>Borderline <\/em>(2017), ce surprind, la r\u00e2ndu-le, traumele, provoc\u0103rile \u0219i prejudec\u0103\u021bile ce \u00eenso\u021besc rela\u021bia p\u0103rintelui cu copilul suferind de o boal\u0103 adeseori prost sau deloc \u00een\u021beleas\u0103 social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lu\u00e2nd \u00een calcul starea copilului, starea p\u0103rintelui \u0219i dictatul social, Alex Moldovan deschide discu\u021bia despre deficitul de empatie \u0219i de cuno\u0219tin\u021be medicale ce \u00eenso\u021besc aceast\u0103 rela\u021bie, cu ironie \u0219i cu mult\u0103 am\u0103r\u0103ciune. \u00cen acest context, ni se arat\u0103 cum este minimalizat impactul pe care \u00eel are o boal\u0103, cum e ADHD-ul, asupra celui direct afectat \u0219i asupra celor apropia\u021bi lui, \u0219i-n fine, cum se resimte aceast\u0103 bagatelizare a bolii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen imperiul lui \u201epe vremea noastr\u0103\u201d \u2013 cum sunt numite poemele ce surprind ironic prejudec\u0103\u021bile \u0219i necunoa\u0219terea \u2013 \u201enu exista niciun adhd\/ boala asta-i o inven\u021bie a p\u0103rin\u021bilor\/ prea lene\u0219i s\u0103 se ocupe de propriile lor odrasle\u201d, iar dac\u0103 nu a lor, atunci este \u201eo inven\u021bie a medicilor pl\u0103ti\u021bi\/ de companiile farmaceutice\/ care vor s\u0103-\u0219i v\u00e2nd\u0103 produsele\/ (&#8230;)\/ o inven\u021bie a americanilor\u201d (<em>pe vremea noastr\u0103<\/em>). ADHD-ul, a\u0219adar, nu exist\u0103, este simpl\u0103 \u201einven\u021bie\u201d a zilelor noastre, un bau-bau conspirativ, ce poate fi u\u0219or tratat cu \u201edragoste \u0219i \u00een\u021belegere\u201d, \u00eentruc\u00e2t \u201ecu pu\u021bin\u0103 r\u0103bdare \u0219i aten\u021bie \u0219i foarte mult\u0103 afec\u021biune\/ orice copil mai zbanghiu devine minunat\/ f\u0103r\u0103 psiholog sau terapie\u201d. Astfel, negarea bolii vine \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103, \u00een mod paradoxal, de tot felul de leacuri ipotetice, c\u0103ci, \u00een fond, se pare, ceva exist\u0103, numai c\u0103 solu\u021bia nu e nici medica\u021bia, nici terapia, ci suplinirea unei nevoi emo\u021bionale. \u00cen aceea\u0219i manier\u0103 \u0219i tot ca leac pentru boala inexistent\u0103 ce trece mai mult drept moft \u0219i plictiseal\u0103 existen\u021bial\u0103 traduse \u00een surplus de energie, se recomand\u0103 \u201etratamente naturiste\/ ceai de tei seara \u0219i\/ plimb\u0103ri lungi prin natur\u0103\/ eventual medicamente homeopate\/ astea fac minuni\/ (&#8230;)\/ mai bine \u00eel da\u021bi la un sport\/ s\u0103-\u0219i consume energia\u201d. Astfel, ni se spune, sarcastic, \u201eo s\u0103 vede\u021bi c\u0103 toate problemele\/ dispar ca prin farmec\/ (&#8230;)\/ z\u00e2mbetul lui alex\/ va deveni mai larg\/ el va fi preg\u0103tit s\u0103 descopere lumea\/ (&#8230;)\/ s\u0103 \u00eenfrunte orice obstacol\/ cu inima u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i mintea senin\u0103\u201d (<em>pe vremea noastr\u0103<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sfaturile sunt acompaniate, apoi, de priviri dezaprobatoare, cum e \u201eprivirea v\u00e2nz\u0103toarei de la chio\u0219c\/ c\u00e2nd \u00eei \u00eencaseaz\u0103 \u0219ase beri o sticl\u0103 de rachiu o p\u00e2ine\/ un pachet de orbit \u0219i trei portocale\u201d, privire care \u201espune tot\u201d, c\u0103reia i se r\u0103spunde cu o pref\u0103cut\u0103 indiferen\u021b\u0103, c\u0103ci \u201etat\u0103l lui alex\/ st\u0103p\u00e2ne\u0219te la perfec\u021bie\/ arta disimul\u0103rii\u201d (<em>tat\u0103l lui alex<\/em>). Dac\u0103 umilin\u021ba \u0219i furia sunt reprimate, discursul ipocrit \u0219i empatia mimat\u0103 sunt date pe fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i amendate, \u00een poeme cum e, de pild\u0103, <em>doamna directoare<\/em>: \u201ea convocat o \u00eent\u00e2lnire\/ pentru a se lua \u00een discu\u021bie cazul\/ trebuie s\u0103 vedem ce-i de f\u0103cut\/ pentru c\u0103 a\u0219a nu se mai poate\/ vorbe\u0219te r\u00e2de strig\u0103\/ [&#8230;]\/ suntem gata s\u0103 ne sacrific\u0103m pentru el\/ s\u0103 punem pe primul plan interesul copilului\/ [&#8230;]\/ \u00eemi pare r\u0103u\/ zice doamna directoare resemnat\u0103\/ n-a\u021bi avut m\u00e2n\u0103 bun\u0103\/ \u0219i apoi o mai spune o dat\u0103\/ pentru a fi sigur\u0103 c\u0103 s-a f\u0103cut \u00een\u021beleas\u0103\/ de c\u0103tre to\u021bi cei prezen\u021bi\u201d. Combustia intern\u0103, fantazarea r\u0103m\u00e2n, \u00een aceste situa\u021bii, singurul refugiu nevinovat: \u201etat\u0103l lui alex nu spune nimic\/ doar nu suntem s\u0103lbatici s\u0103 spunem tot ce g\u00e2ndim\u201d (<em>doamna directoare<\/em>) sau \u201etace nu zice nimic\/ asta-l distruge\u201d (<em>tat\u0103l lui alex<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imperative, formulate ca recomand\u0103ri \u0219i sfaturi bine inten\u021bionate \u2013 ce ascund, totu\u0219i, obtuzitate, ignoran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i nepricepere \u2013, \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i simpatia jucate, repro\u0219ul mascat sau f\u0103\u021bi\u0219, precum \u0219i senza\u021bia de neputin\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba bolii a tat\u0103lui, sunt \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de acesta cu un \u00eentreg arsenal de mijloace de rezisten\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e[T]at\u0103l lui alex\u201d inventariaz\u0103, deci, instrumentarul. Urechile pe care \u0219i le umple de zgomot, c\u00e2nd \u201e\u00ee\u0219i pune c\u0103\u0219tile\/ c\u00e2nd iese din cas\u0103\/ \u0219i d\u0103 muzica tare\/ s\u0103 nu se aud\u0103 g\u00e2ndind\u201d. Verbiajul: \u201espune \u00eentruna c\u0103 nu mai poate\/ ceea ce e fals\/ \u0219i el \u0219tie c\u0103-i fals\u201d. Ura nediscriminatorie a celui dezabuzat: \u201eur\u0103\u0219te cu fervoare pe toat\u0103 lumea\u201d. Exploziile de furie, traduse \u00een zbierete, \u00eenjur\u0103turi sau crize: \u201eare crize iese pe str\u0103zi\/ vrea s\u0103 vad\u0103 civiliza\u021bie oameni vitrine\/ ca s\u0103 nu se mai vad\u0103 pe el\/ s\u0103 nu se mai aud\u0103\u201d. Ie\u0219irile \u00een decor: \u201eacum poate vorbi singur pe strad\u0103\/ \u00een caz c\u0103-l apuc\u0103\u201d. Alcoolul: \u201enu bea des dar \u0219i c\u00e2nd bea\/ nu se mai opre\u0219te cu anii\/ [&#8230;] bucuria lui e un secret bine p\u0103zit\/ o vraj\u0103 ascuns\u0103 \u00een sticla cu rachiu\/ cu fericirea asta parc\u0103 e alt om\/ uit\u0103 de lume de griji \u0219i de timp\u201d. C\u00e2ntatul \u0219i scrisul: \u201ec\u00e2nd \u00eel apuc\u0103 disperarea\/ bea \u0219i c\u00e2nt\u0103\/ \u00een timp ce g\u0103te\u0219te sau \u00eemp\u0103ture\u0219te tricouri\/ \u00een timp ce scrie ca s\u0103 uite ce nu poate fi uitat\u201d. R\u00e2sul isteric: \u201er\u00e2de ca un idiot\u201d. Medica\u021bia: \u201ee un cet\u0103\u021bean responsabil\/ \u00ee\u0219i ia pastilele la timp\/ nu vrea ca depresia lui\/ s\u0103 strice echilibrul social\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest context, anularea de sine devine mecanismul de <em>coping <\/em>ce r\u0103spunde sentimentului de-a fi mereu sub asalt: \u201ealex nu se opre\u0219te niciodat\u0103 din vorbit\/ [&#8230;]\/ vorbele lui cresc \u00eentruna\/ [&#8230;] p\u00e2n\u0103 nu le mai vezi de mari ce sunt\/ [&#8230;] mari ca un cer ce se deschide\/ c\u00e2t o groap\u0103 \u00een care s\u0103 \u00eencap\u0103\/ tat\u0103l lui alex\u201d (<em>via\u021ba f\u0103r\u0103 <\/em>concerta) sau\u201etat\u0103l lui alex a b\u0103ut prea mult \u0219i a c\u0103zut\/ [&#8230;] a f\u0103cut o crust\u0103 groas\u0103\/ care dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva zile \u00eencepe s\u0103 pice\/ [&#8230;] c\u00e2nd va aspira\/ nu va mai r\u0103m\u00e2ne nici urm\u0103 de din el pe jos\u201d (<em>\u00een weekend<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-o astfel de existen\u021b\u0103, via\u021ba, iar nu moartea, produce spaim\u0103: \u201epeste toate plute\u0219te amenin\u021barea suprem\u0103\/ a unui viitor ve\u0219nic\/ [&#8230;]\/ ceva ce nici mintea nu poate cuprinde\/ co\u0219marul recurent c\u0103 exist\u0103 via\u021b\u0103 dup\u0103 moarte\/ \u0219i via\u021b\u0103 dup\u0103 via\u021b\u0103\u201d sau \u201ec\u00e2nd ceilal\u021bi tr\u0103iesc sub amenin\u021barea mor\u021bii\/ ei tr\u0103iesc sub amenin\u021barea vie\u021bii\u201d. Resorturile amintite mai sus \u2013 agen\u021bi \u201estabilizatori de stare\u201d \u2013 sunt menite tocmai s\u0103 \u00eentre\u021bin\u0103 aceast\u0103 via\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-un mod artificial, mecanic, asigur\u00e2nd singurul mod \u00een care faptul de a exista nu e cu totul intolerabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sentimentul de invizibilitate, de bul\u0103 de pseudo-siguran\u021b\u0103, de amortizor persist\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, abia p\u00e2n\u0103 la contactul cu ceilal\u021bi sau cu \u201ealex\u201d cel mic, a\u0219adar p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd via\u021ba tumultuoas\u0103 din \u201eapartamentul 49\u201d c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103, \u00eentr-o form\u0103 sau alta, \u00een decibeli: \u201epoli\u021bia\/ ajunge rapid\/ dup\u0103 vreo trei ore de urlete ne\u00eencetate\/ chemat\u0103 de vecinii de bun\u0103-credin\u021b\u0103\/ \u00eengrijora\u021bi c\u0103 la apartamentul 49 se face moarte de om\/ de copil mai exact\u201d. De fapt, ni se spune, \u201ecu asta trebuia \u00eenceput\/ [&#8230;]\/ cu urletele \u0219i pl\u00e2nsul\/ cu f\u0103\u021buca asudat\u0103 \u0219i ochii plini de promisiune\u201d, cu un copil c\u00e2t \u201etrei\/ \u00eentr-unul singur\/ care \u00ee\u021bi strig\u0103 \u00een cor\/ \u00abtata, vreau s\u0103 mor!\u00bb\u201d, care \u201eurl\u0103 \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i trage pumni \u00een cap\/ \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i \u00eenfige \u00een dosul palmei\/ obiecte ascu\u021bite\u201d, cu copilul ce concluzioneaz\u0103 \u201enimeni nu m\u0103 iube\u0219te\/ \u0219i vreau s\u0103 mor\u201d \u0219i care se simte \u201ecel mai prost om din lume\u201d, al nim\u0103nui, \u201ecump\u0103ra\u021bi-mi haine de s\u0103rac\/ s\u0103 tr\u0103iesc \u00een strad\u0103\/ s\u0103 mor\/ dar prima dat\u0103 vreau s\u0103 muri\u021bi\/ voi\u201d, \u2013 un copil care pur \u0219i simplu sufer\u0103. Am apreciat franche\u021bea cu care este redat\u0103 vocea lui \u201ealex\u201d, \u0219i tocmai de aceea, m-a nemul\u021bumit interven\u021bia, nu prea subtil\u0103, a suprainstan\u021bei (protectoare) menit\u0103 s\u0103 traduc\u0103 din frustrarea celui vulnerabil \u2013 chiar dac\u0103, la un anumit nivel, o pot \u00een\u021belege \u0219i o pot vedea \u00een forma ei didactic-instructiv\u0103. Tot a\u0219 fi preferat, \u00eens\u0103, s\u0103 p\u0103streze strict vocea copilului, f\u0103r\u0103 alunec\u0103ri \u00een ceva ce trece simultan drept explica\u021bie, dezvinov\u0103\u021birea \u0219i acuza\u021bie, cum sunt versuri ca \u201ee doar vina mea\/ m-am n\u0103scut \u00een cartierul gre\u0219it\/ [&#8230;]\/ \u021bara gre\u0219it\u0103\/ n-am crezut destul \u00een dumnezeu\/ [&#8230;] fac f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 vreau lucruri provocatoare\/ dar n-am inventat eu depresia chimic\u0103\u201d. \u00cen cazul poemelor \u201e\u00een vremea noastr\u0103\u201d acest tip de interven\u021bie e bine venit\u0103, c\u0103ci face ironia sesizabil\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 aici poate aluneca \u00eentr-o form\u0103 de empatie sau pedagogie for\u021bate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tat\u0103l \u0219i fiul, deopotriv\u0103, sunt victime ale bolii, ale sentimentului aproape grotesc \u0219i singurul cu adev\u0103rat vulgar, acela de neputin\u021b\u0103, ce sap\u0103 \u0219i umile\u0219te. Acestea fiind spuse, aleg s\u0103 redau integral, dup\u0103 mine, cel mai frumos \u0219i sugestiv poem al volumului: \u201enimic vulgar deocamdat\u0103\/ \u00een apartamentul 49\/ doar \u00eenjur\u0103turi \u0219i r\u00e2sete isterice\/ strig\u0103te de ajutor mascate\/ vulgar\u0103 e boala\/ vulgar\u0103 e suferin\u021ba\/ neimplicarea institu\u021biilor\/ nep\u0103sarea oamenilor de treab\u0103\/ nu cuvintele\/ sentimentele\/ vulgar\u0103 e s\u0103r\u0103cia\/ indiferen\u021ba\/ vulgar\u0103 e lipsa de compasiune\/ \u0219i inechitatea\/ vulgar\u0103 e lipsa de speran\u021b\u0103\/ t\u0103cerea\/ care \u00eenghite strig\u0103tele disperate\/ vulgar\u0103 e lini\u0219tea\/ care ascunde suferin\u021ba\/ vulgar\u0103 e ignoran\u021ba\/ care ne face s\u0103 credem c\u0103 totul e \u00een regul\u0103\/ c\u00e2nd nimic nu e \u00een regul\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendularea \u00eentre ceea ce se vede dinafar\u0103 \u0219i ceea ce se cunoa\u0219te din\u0103untru, \u00eentre ochiul critic \u0219i ignorant \u0219i cel \u00eenchis cu de-a sila este surprins\u0103 \u00een poeme ca<em> apartamentul 49 <\/em>\u0219i <em>\u00een drum spre cas\u0103, <\/em>unde ni se spune \u201ede afar\u0103 pare c\u0103-i pace \u0219i armonie\/ doar nu suntem s\u0103lbatici s\u0103 ne lovim\/ avem metode mult mai rafinate\u201d sau \u201etat\u0103l lui alex ridic\u0103 privirea\/ spre o fereastr\u0103 luminat\u0103 cald \u0219i feeric\/ [&#8230;]\/ se g\u00e2nde\u0219te c\u0103 ce oameni ferici\u021bi locuiesc acolo\/ apoi \u00ee\u0219i d\u0103 seama\/ c\u0103 e fereastra de la apartamentul 49\/ ce stelu\u021be sinistre\/ ce veselie obscen\u0103\u201d. Apartamentul 49 este \u201eun mic univers de zgomote\/ urlete \u0219i lacrimi\/ iubire \u0219i griji\/ cu strig\u0103te \u0219i r\u00e2sete\/ polite\u021be \u0219i fric\u0103\/ aici nicio poveste nu se \u00eemplete\u0219te cu cealalt\u0103\/ nimeni nu se gr\u0103be\u0219te dec\u00e2t s\u0103 plece\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ritmul sacadat, sincopat al poemelor, nota\u021bia lacunar\u0103, de jurnal pe fug\u0103, sugereaz\u0103 aidoma senza\u021bia de ap\u0103sare \u0219i preaplin, iar lipsa emfazelor sau folosirea lor pe ton ironic sau \u00eentr-un sens frizant-naiv redau \u00eentocmai starea de depersonificare \u0219i dezabuzare a locatarilor apartamentului 49.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deplasarea perspectivei, cu simplitate \u0219i naturale\u021be \u2013 dinspre \u00eenafar\u0103 \u00eenspre natura inerent\u0103 problemei de raportare la ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 a recunoa\u0219te ADHD-ul \u2013 este f\u0103r\u0103 doar \u0219i poate calitatea volumului de poeme al lui Alex Moldovan. Relevant\u0103 este, la r\u00e2ndu-i, deschiderea discu\u021biei despre aceast\u0103 afec\u021biune \u2013 cu provoc\u0103rile la care este supus cel suferind \u0219i cei apropia\u021bi lui, precum \u0219i cu prejudec\u0103\u021bile ori ignoran\u021ba cu care e tratat\u0103 boala ca atare.
